DESIGN
CHARACTER unique to its place and setting, the building is designed to be the 'jewel in the crown' on Headland Road, whilst also harmonizing and integrating within the
distinctive character of the street.
VIEWS the building responds to the desire of maximizing the breathtaking views to
Newquay's natural patrimony of Headland Point, rugged coastlines, and the vast
expanse of Fistral Beach.
FORM conceived from the 'curvatures' associated with marine and maritime references
such as seashells and lighthouses, the building visually expresses the true nature of its
location with its striking facade shimmering with the opalescence of 'Pearl'.
