We are currently looking for an organised and efficient Handyperson/Aftercare Technician for our portfolio of completed and live developments in and around the Exeter area. The role requires the candidate to possess all round construction skills and finishing skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Minor carpentry works including kitchen and window fixing
- Minor masonry repairs
- Fixing any safety hazards
- Putting together furniture and other equipment
- Minor making good and decorating works
- Silicone works
- Minor plumbing leak investigations and plumbing works
- Minor electrical (programming/settings only)
- Minor tiling and grouting works
- Liaising with contractors and Sub contractors
- Assisting the Customer care team with purchaser defects
- Liaising with purchasers
Required skills:
- Excellent communication skills as you will be dealing with purchaser complaints
- Being able to resolve problems efficiently
- Discrete, flexible and professional attitude as you will at times be working in high quality homes
- Focused and self-motivated
- Self-reliant and responsible
- Some plumbing, carpentry, and electrical experience
- Time management and organisation
- Professional conduct essential
- A team player but able to work unsupervised, taking pride and responsibility for work tasks/projects
Qualifications:
- NVQ/HNC or similar in construction related profession preferred but not essential
- CSCS Card
- Full clean driving license
