
Job Type: Digital Marketing Coordinator
Salary: Dependent on experience
Working Hours: 8.30am – 5pm Mon-Fri
Location: Clifton, Bristol
Holiday: 20 days per year + Bank Holidays
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator to work within our busy Group Marketing Team based in Clifton, Bristol. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will work with the marketing team across all Acorn developments.
The ideal candidate will be a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and have a strong digital and social media management background, experience in analysing data and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Experience in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign and knowledge of working in WordPress is desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities:
– Working with marketing team to develop and implement digital strategies and campaigns in line with other planned activity
– Monitoring and reporting on Google Analytics
– Taking responsibility for social media presence on Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook
– Creating HTMLs within Mailchimp system to send out to our CRM database
– Creating HTMLs within Mailchimp system to send out to bought data
– Driving lead generation
– Post-campaign analysis
– Responsible for updating and maintaining company intranet
– Research and analyse social media trends
– Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts
– Coordinate social media messaging with Marketing Manager, Marketing Coordinators and Sales Team
– Audit and analysis of social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns
– Management of social media channels for key Acorn staff members
– Support marketing team with website and property portal reviews and updates
– Working with Marketing Coordinators to create engaging blog posts
– Work with Marketing Manager and digital marketing agency on PPC and SEO strategies
– Assist with Acorn Life annual publication
– Assist the Marketing Manager to execute sales and marketing launches and events
Required skills/qualifications:
– Degree in Marketing or Social Media
– Extensive knowledge of Social Media Platforms
– Web and Microsoft Office proficiency
– Copywriting
– Content creation
– Proofreading and editing skills
– Strong written communication skills
– Motivated and adaptable
– A driven and determined mindset with a positive can-do attitude
