Salary: Dependent on experience

Working Hours: 8.30am – 5pm Mon-Fri

Location: Clifton, Bristol

Holiday: 20 days per year + Bank Holidays

We’re seeking a Marketing Administrator to work within our busy Group Marketing Team based in Clifton, Bristol. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, the Marketing Administrator will work with the marketing team across all Acorn developments.

The ideal candidate will be a creative individual with a keen eye for detail and have an administrative background, experience in analysing data, knowledge of social media platforms, proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Experience in Adobe Photoshop and InDesign and knowledge of working in WordPress is desirable but not essential.

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Schedule and post to social media channels
• Actively involved in implementation of social media campaigns
• Create, update and maintain marketing activity spreadsheets and marketing spend logs for all projects
• Ordering of branded merchandise
• Maintain ‘development specific’, ‘group generic’ and ‘press ready’ image library
• Creation of HTMLs using Mailchimp to be broadcast to external contacts and sales databases
• Maintain and update the company intranet
• Main contact for Moneypenny call handling service
• Desk research on new land acquisitions. Research local area, competition and target market
• Review acorn website content
• Review property listings and performance on property portals
• Assist the Marketing Manager to execute sales & marketing launches and events
• Assist in planning Acorn Life annual publication
• Assist with artwork requirements where needed
• Liaise with sales teams in terms of any support they need
• Assist the rest of the marketing team where required

• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Experience in data analysis
• Experience of WordPress
