Working Hours: 8.30am-5pm, Mon - Fri

Location: Bristol

Holiday: 20 days per year + Bank Holidays

We are seeking a Sales Administrator to work within our busy Regional Sales Team based in Clifton, Bristol. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Sales Administrator will work with the sales team across all regional developments.

The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, driven individual with a keen eye for detail and have proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Experience in the use of CRM systems and customer relations is desirable but not essential.

Main duties and responsibilities:
• Actively involved in the implementation of sales processes
• Create, update and maintain sales activity spreadsheets and schedules
• Initial responses to sales enquiries and ongoing maintenance of CRM systems
• Answering the telephone and directing calls
• Maintain knowledge of regions developments.
• Maintain and update sales files
• Review acorn website content
• Review property listings and performance on property portals
• Assist the Sales Manager to execute sales, launches and events
• Assist with sales progression where required (training available)
• Liaise with other teams within the wider business
• Liaise with appointed estate agents
• Assist the rest of the Regional Sales Team where required
•Opportunity to progress into a sales role
• Invoice processing and payment approval

• Motivated and adaptable
• Be able to work autonomously
• A driven and determined mindset with a positive can-do attitude
• Good telephone manner
• Administrative background
• Proficiency in Microsoft office
• Experience in data analysis
