INTERIORS INCENTIVE

  1. This offer is available on selected developments and plots only, subject to status, availability and time frame stipulated.
  2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Acorn Property Group offer unless otherwise agreed.
  3. This offer is not available on Buy to Let property purchases.
  4. This sum will be agreed prior to the reservation of your property.
  5. Acorn Property Group’s contribution is paid as one lump sum to the purchaser’s solicitor at the time of completion.
  6. Legal completion must take place on or before the date agreed at the time of reservation.
  7. Consultation with a member of Acorn’s internal Interior Design team must be redeemed within 3 months of completion.
  8. Acorn Property Group reserve the right to withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time prior to payment of a reservation fee.

INTERIORS INCENTIVE AT LEE BAY

  1. This offer is available on selected plots at Lee Bay, subject to status, availability and reservations agreed by 30th April 2026.
  2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Acorn Property Group offer unless otherwise agreed.
  3. The final sum of the incentive will be agreed prior to the reservation of your property.
  4. Interior design package costs have been estimated at £10,000 for a 1 bedroom property, £15,000 for a 2 bedroom property, £18,000 for a 3 bedroom property and £20,000 for a 4 bedroom property.
  5. Legal completion must take place on or before the date agreed at the time of reservation.
  6. Consultation with a member of Acorn’s internal Interior Design team must be redeemed within 3 months of completion.
  7. Acorn Property Group reserve the right to withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time prior to payment of a reservation fee.

ASSISTED MOVE

  1. Acorn Property Group’s (Acorn’s) Assisted Move scheme is designed to help buyers sell their existing property, enabling them to reserve a new Acorn home.
  2. This service is available only on selected properties and developments.
  3. The scheme is not available in conjunction with any other offer unless explicitly agreed by Acorn.
  4. Buyers must be the legal owners of the property they wish to sell.
  5. If your property is already on the market, Acorn must be given permission to speak directly with your appointed agent
  6. If your property is not already on the market, we will speak with up to three nominated agent(s) and arrange with them to value your property
  7. A marketing price will be agreed upon between Acorn and the buyer.
  8. Once the property is on the market, Acorn will reserve the buyer’s chosen new home for a period of six weeks while actively working with the estate agent(s) to secure a sale.
  9. If a sale is not secured within this timeframe, the reservation may be extended at the Acorn’s discretion.
  10. Buyers must complete a reservation agreement and pay a reservation fee to secure their chosen new home.
  11. The reservation fee is refundable if a buyer is not found for the existing property within the agreed period.
  12. Once a buyer is secured for the existing property, the full reservation process for the new home will be completed, and contracts will be issued to solicitors. The buyer should then refer to the reservation for for terms and conditions.
  13. Acorn will continue to work closely with the buyer, estate agent(s), and solicitors to support the sale.
  14. Acorn retains the right to withdraw, amend, or extend the offer at any time without prior notice.
  15. Participation in the scheme does not guarantee a sale of the existing property or the completion of the new home purchase.
  16. By participating in the Assisted Move scheme, buyers confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

 

ASSISTED MOVE PLUS

Assisted Move Plus is subject to the standard Assisted Move terms and conditions as highlighted above. In addition, the following terms apply:

  1. This offer entitles eligible buyers to receive a £9,000 cashback upon completion of an Acorn home through our Assisted Move scheme
  2. The reservation must be for a property on one of the selected developments and homes participating in this offer – refer to individual development for details.
  3. The offer is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for any other incentive or discount.
  4. The £9,000 will be provided as a cashback payment on legal completion of the property purchase.
  5. No alternative forms of payment, including early deductions from the purchase price, will be offered.
  6. It is not available in conjunction with any other promotions, offers, or discounts unless explicitly agreed by Acorn.
  7. The offer is subject to withdrawal, amendment, or extension at the Acorn’s discretion without prior notice.
  8. The property purchase must proceed to completion for the cashback to be issued.
  9. Acorn reserves the right to refuse the offer if fraudulent or misleading activity is suspected.
  10. Any disputes relating to the offer will be resolved at the Acorn’s sole discretion.

LANDSCAPE AND EXTRA INTERIORS FINISHES INCLUDED AT LONGCROFT

  1. Offer valid on selected plots at Longcroft at Cubis Bruton
  2. To qualify, the purchaser must legally reserve the property on or before 30th April 2026.
  3. The incentive entitles the purchaser to up to £25,000 of home enhancements, to be applied against garden landscaping (as per the show home specification), flooring, and fitted wardrobes, in any combination not exceeding a total value of £25,000 or the offer can be redeemed as cashback on completion.
  4. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or incentive.

STAMP DUTY PAID AT THE CLOSE AT MANOR COURT

  1. The Stamp Duty Paid offer is available on selected plots only at Manor Court in Greet, as specified by Acorn Property Group.
  2. The offer is available on main residence purchases only and is not available on:
    – Second homes
    – Buy-to-let purchases
    – Investment purchases
  3. To qualify for the offer, the property must be:
    – Reserved and legally completed on or before 31 March 2026.
  4. The Stamp Duty contribution will cover the full Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) payable at the prevailing rate for the qualifying purchase, based on the purchase price agreed at reservation.
  5. The Stamp Duty contribution will be made as a financial allowance on completion and will not be paid directly to the purchaser prior to completion.
  6. The offer is non-transferable, has no cash alternative, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other incentive or promotion unless expressly agreed in writing by Acorn Property Group.
  7. If the purchase does not complete by 31 March 2026 for any reason, the offer will no longer apply, regardless of reservation date.
  8. Acorn Property Group reserves the right to:
    – Withdraw or amend the offer at any time prior to reservation
    – Substitute an alternative incentive of equivalent value at its discretion
  9. The offer is subject to contract and availability and not in conjunction with any other offer

Acorn reserve the right to withdraw or alter any of these offers at any time prior to the payment of a reservation fee. Contracts must be exchanged within 28 days of reservation of your property. Failure to do so may result in the loss of all or part of your reservation fee.

The current specific offers being advertised in relation to selected Acorn developments are also subject to the specific terms and conditions set out above (N.B. these offers may vary from time to time and you should refer to the development in which you are interested to discover which offers are available on specific plots and developments).

Acorn will not be liable for the refusal of a mortgage based on the borrower’s individual circumstances which leads to the loss of any reservation fee. Acorn will not be responsible for the failure of any deal due to any defects in your existing property which arise as a result of an inspection or survey, whether a part exchange deal has been agreed or not. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

If you require a mortgage, you are strongly advised to obtain advice from a regulated adviser. Acorn recommends from a panel of New Home Mortgage Advisers who have extensive knowledge of the new build mortgage market, though you may, of course, seek such advice from your own mortgage adviser.
