From Tower Bridge in the east to the Southbank Centre in the west, this stretch of the Thames has seen a complete revival in the last twenty years. SE1 renowned for its art scene is populated by national theatres and galleries but also historic riverside walks, atmospheric markets and iconic new landmarks.

Oxo Tower Wharf

Situated on London’s fast-moving South Bank and Bankside areas, Oxo Tower Wharf is an award-winning landmark building situated on the riverside. Home to some of the UK’s most innovative and internationally renowned contemporary designers, restaurants, cafes, bars and exhibitions venues.

The Shard

Designed by Master Architect Renzo Piano, The Shard is the highest building in the EU and the newest London landmark. Home to London’s highest gardens at 800ft above the city skyline and the first triple high viewing platform The Shard offers some of the most unrivalled views of the capital city.

Borough Market

Dating back to the 13th century and now occupying a sprawling site close to London Bridge tune station Borough Market is London’s most popular market for foodies. There are over 100 stalls groaning under the weight of gastronomic delights such as artisan bread, flavoursome cheeses, wild boar sausages, gooey cakes and plenty more to tempt your palate.
