Acorn Property Group’s Devon and Cornwall office, Acorn Blue, has submitted a detailed planning application to Cornwall Council for the development of twenty-three homes on Sea Road, one of Cornwall’s most exclusive private roads.
Acorn Blue’s scheme will see the creation of two Art Deco style apartment blocks containing 2 & 3-bedroom sea view apartments and penthouses, designed by local architects Lipscomb Jones.
Planning consultants, BLS in Truro are advising on the scheme which is located close to Carlyon’s sandy beaches and adjacent to The Carlyon Bay Hotel and Spa and their cliff top golf course.
Subject to obtaining planning, work is expected to start on site in 2019. Acorn will be directly undertaking the construction.
