Show Home Spotlight: Hope House

July 29, 2019

This week we are shining the spotlight on one of the beautiful Show Homes at our prestigious Hope House development in central Bath. In partnership with Galliard Homes, this four storey townhouse showcases stunning interiors by Andrew Henry Interiors – rich in both style and elegance.

Located on Park Row, the Show Home features classic contemporary interiors infused with a bright and sophisticated colour palette. Completed with honey stone exteriors, highly distinctive of Bath, this collection of townhouses benefit from fantastic views of the Bath cityscape.

Offering flexible contemporary living, the Show Home features an open-plan fully fitted kitchen and dining area, a guest cloakroom, a utility room and four bedrooms, three of which come with their own en-suite, including the grand master bedroom suite. Providing luscious views of the communal formal lawns with landscaping by Matthew Wigan Associates, the open-plan living space opens onto a large private terrace through folding French doors.

Speaking to us on his thinking behind the design, Andrew commented:
This townhouse scheme was designed, primarily, to reach out to affluent down-sizers and as such incorporated an exciting mix of both contemporary and mid-century style furniture, elevated via a fusion of carefully curated artwork and on-point homeware accessory choices, including some of our trademark bespoke window treatments, headboards and cushions.

We focused on creating light and flow through layer upon layer of calming neutral hues designed to embrace each visitor on arrival. We then applied very gentle ‘pops’ of natural green tones, complemented with foliage which we peppered throughout each floor to uphold a sense of balance and well-being.

Hope House provides fifty-eight 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom luxury homes nestled in six acres of beautifully landscaped parkland only a short walking distance from the city centre. Rich in history, the original Grade-II listed mansion has been carefully restored and designed with Georgian style.

The Show Home is open Tuesday to Saturday 10am – 5pm.
