We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced multi-platform Marketing Manager to join our Investor Services team.
As a Marketing Manager for Acorn Property Invest, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and leading marketing processes and strategies within our team. This role involves the development and refinement of marketing processes within a small growing team within a successful, established company. It’s a dynamic position that offers the flexibility to mould responsibilities around your unique strengths and skills. We’re looking for a versatile, proactive individual who can identify their niche within our marketing framework and drive innovation and efficiency in our marketing efforts.
- Innovate and Manage Marketing Processes – Spearhead the innovation and management of key marketing processes, adapting strategies to align with the evolving needs of the department and market.
- HubSpot Expertise – Leverage advanced knowledge of HubSpot to drive marketing initiatives, optimise workflows, and enhance overall efficiency in lead management.
- Marketing Automation – Design, implement, and optimise marketing automation workflows within HubSpot to deliver targeted and personalised content at various stages of the customer journey.
- Email Marketing – Develop and execute impactful email marketing campaigns using HubSpot, ensuring a strategic and targeted approach for lead engagement and nurturing.
- Lead Nurturing – Implement and manage comprehensive lead nurturing strategies within HubSpot, guiding prospects through the funnel with personalised content and timely interactions.
- Copywriting – Drive compelling and effective copywriting initiatives for various marketing materials, aligning messaging with brand positioning and target audience preferences.
- CRM Management – Oversee the CRM system within HubSpot, ensuring accurate data management, seamless lead tracking, and integration with marketing automation efforts.
- Event Coordination for Investment Initiatives – Support end-to-end management and delivery of investment events, whether as part of larger investment shows or independent events hosted by Acorn. Ensure events align with nurturing goals.
- Strategic Thinking – Demonstrate a strategic mindset by aligning marketing activities with overall business objectives, consistently seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Leadership and Communication – Lead cross-functional teams with clear communication and collaboration, fostering a positive and results-driven work environment. Act as a key liaison between marketing, sales, and other departments.
- Analytical Skills – Apply strong analytical skills to interpret data from HubSpot and other sources, making data-driven decisions, and continuously optimising marketing strategies for performance and efficiency.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing automation, email marketing, lead nurturing, personas, and CRM management.
- Exceptional copywriting skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
- HubSpot certifications or relevant qualifications are a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a strong focus on HubSpot expertise.
