I’ve been keeping an eye on the property market in Exeter to be closer to my family, and so, when the chance to move to the St. Leonards Quarter arose, I quickly  decided to grab it with both hands.

They’re putting the finishing touches to it now and not only does it looks great, but I knew I was in good hands with Acorn – the team have looked after me well. What’s more, the business has a strong reputation for creating brilliant new homes. It really was the most straightforward of decisions to move to St. Leonards Quarter and I’m really looking forward to calling it home.

You could call it a ‘no-brainer’ because St Leonard’s is ideally located for me to live near my two children and my lovely grandchildren. Plus, it will be the perfect place for me to immerse myself in the community and make the most of all the wonderful things the area has to offer, such as cycling and walking routes. There are lots of pubs and restaurants in the area as well so there will be plenty of things to do.
